When returning merchandise, the costs associated with shipping, insurance and tracking are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise that is lost in transit is the sole responsibility of the customer. Errors made by ENDUCO, Inc. will be corrected at no charge to the customer. If you receive damaged merchandise or an incomplete order please contact ENDUCO, Inc. promptly. All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number (RAN). Please contact ENDUCO, Inc. to receive your RAN and arrange a return. Unknown parcels sent to ENDUCO, Inc. will be refused.
